Landmarc recently closed a venture with a Bethesda based developer for 150 garden apartment units in Suburban MD. The developer approached Landmarc for both equity capital and investment management services. The opportunity lays the foundation for successive opportunities for both companies, efficiently leveraging relationships and expertise in the multifamily segment of the market.

Landmarc currently advises a well-established general contractor to assist with re-structuring its capital position in its industrial headquarters location owned in common with others. Landmarc is also supporting the company’s efforts in locating, structuring and developing a new HQ location to accommodate its growth and market reach within the region.

In 2016 Landmarc structured a 7% ($2.6 million) equity position in 800,000 square foot office property in downtown Philadelphia, PA sponsored by a prominent developer who currently owns and operates over 10 million square feet in that region.
